Vitality Pet Care is a part-time practice, which translates into a finite time to see and support patients. Our priority is the existing clients. New clients will be added as the schedule allows. It is important to us to ensure that each client can be adequately supported with our current structure. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis and cases are selected based upon the type of case, our ability to support them, and the client interaction. Each new client application must have an online registration and a veterinary referral to be considered. Keep in mind, the submission of the aforementioned forms does not guarantee acceptance.
Services are charged at an hourly rate. All nutritional consultations, acupuncture treatments, and chiropractic treatments are included in the hourly rate. Homeopathic case analysis, nutritional supplements, Chinese herbs and homeopathic remedies are extra. The initial intake for a NEW client is 1 hour and 30 minutes. A history intake is essential for any holistic treatment to be performed. Follow up appointments are charged by time, starting at 30 minutes and increasing in 15 minute intervals thereafter. Additional pets are scheduled separately and receive 1 hour and 15 minutes at the regular hourly rate for their initial appointment. Following the initial intake, chiropractic adjustments may be scheduled as a single service.
TeleHealth Appointments (available to existing clients only, per Dr. Pam's discretion)
TeleHealth appointments (THA) are available to existing clients following the initial visit. They are designed for pets with ongoing health issues. THA are offered as a courtesy and at the discretion of Dr. Pam. Time is assessed in 5 minute increments, rounding up to the next unit of time. For example, 8 minutes is rounded to 10 minutes for the purpose of determining charges. Please see Clinic Policies for more information regarding THA.

For existing clients, this site has a password-protected Troubleshooting Guide. It is intended to assist existing clients in MINOR issues after normal business hours. If you feel that your pet is in immediate danger, contact your regular veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic as soon as possible.
